Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date you received your item(s) to return it to us. We do not offer exchanges — only refunds or gift cards.
Items must be unworn, free from stains and signs of wear. All labels must still be attached.
All items are thoroughly inspected before any refund is processed.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
A 6% processing fee is deducted from refunds to cover return handling and inspection. No fees apply for confirmed defective or incorrect items.
Pre-orders may be cancelled with a €25 production fee once production has begun.
We cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs after delivery, including accidental damage or improper use. Items with post-delivery damage are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Ship it back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all labels attached and ship it back to us.
